Return Policy.

  • As you are aware, this website is operated by a group of farmers who are selling farm produce, primarily perishable fruits, which can get spoilt. These fruits cannot be stored beyond a certain time limit. Hence any return is bound to kill the quality of the product which is best while shipping so we do not accept returns for all products.
  • We accepts returns only when you receive damaged, pressed, squeezed or crushed consignments. In such cases, you may return the batch, provided you give us a call, and send us an email with box opening video / photos when such consignments reach you.
  • Orders once placed and paid for will not be canceled.
  • Pre-order customer can change their orders before dispatch of the materials.
  • Pre-orders would be shipped in that specific period depending on availability. In case of any issues like natural calamities or Gov. restriction considering current pandemic situation.
  • If you have received any damaged mangoes due to transit or courier company handling, just take a picture of those mangoes and email us with full details (order number, parcel received date, etc.) within two days after delivery. Refund or replace the product is sole decision of after reviewing the provided details.

Shipping & Delivery Policy for Products

  •  We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers as of now; orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are generally shipped on the same day or the next day but may take up to 10 days working days depending on the number of orders and external factors from the date of placing the order and delivering of the shipment subject to the courier company/post office norms.
  • is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within ten working days (maximum) from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to address registered by the buyer at the time of placing the order (s).
  • You agree to receive calls from and its agents, merchants, courier partners seeking clarification/information regarding your order and any other related information as and when required and disclaim any liability of in this regard.
  • If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e., wrong name or address), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from you.
  • None of the orders will be delivered if any customer/buyer does any chargeback transaction or disputes the payment with our payment gateway or banker for the return of the amount. No products will be delivered till the time all the disputes are resolved between the banker and you, and the confirmation of payment is received from our banker.
  • When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Generally, the delivery of the ordered products takes 6 to7 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. In accordance with the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram.
  • In case of any resealing activity reserves all rights to cancel the current and future orders and block the concerned user account.

Order Cancellation

As you are aware, once you place an order with, our group of farmer members harvests the fruits to process your orders. You are aware that once the fruits are harvested, orders placed and paid for will not be canceled for fresh Alphonso mangoes. We may, at our sole discretion, consider postponement of your order, provided we get your update soon enough, and we are operationally in a position to do so.

Cancellation by :

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include :
1. Non-serviceable Pin code,
2. Limitations on quantities available for purchase
3. Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
4. Any quality complaints received about manufacturer
5. Any Problems identified by our quality assurance team or complaint received about any specific product/batch.
6. Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
7. Any Fraudulent address or any fraudulent transaction done by using a credit card, debit card, Net Banking, e-wallet, or any bank.
8. Wrong/fake address of the user
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion/part of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order or any delay for the partial product (s).

Cancellation by Customer:

Orders once placed and paid for will not be canceled.

(NOTE: Any opened product or seal broken product will not be accepted as a return.)

In case of a different product dispatched:

i. Do not worry. If, upon delivery of the product(s), you discover that we have dispatched a different product(s), we will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products in unopened/sealed condition.

iii. You have to notify immediately within seven working days
Please note that the packing picture shown on the website may or may not be the same as manufacturer keep on changing in case of the product return is due to packing change it will not be accepted as a normal return or different product dispatched.

   If the product received is past its expiry date, we will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products in unopened / sealed condition.

Refund and Return Policy

‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the website.

A return can be requested by a customer when any of the following situations arise –

i. Ordered item (s) is/are lost or damaged during transit or Product(s) was/were missing.

ii. Ordered item (s) is/are past their expiry date ( in case of printed expiry date)

iii. The wrong item (s) was/were received.

iv. Damaged product.

v. Seller Description/Specification is wrong

If any of the above cases are found to be true, can either re-ship the missing/actual product (s) or can initiate a refund equal to the price of missing/actual product (s) as per invoice.

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

In the case of any missing or wrong product(s), the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

In case, wrong product (s) is/are delivered, you will need to ship the product (s) to us, and we will send a replacement immediately or will initiate a refund.

In the case of missing product (s), we will ship you the missing product (s) or will initiate a refund.

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be tampered with or broken.

In the event the seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer will have to return the product (s). Then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account within 7 to 10 working days on your credit card, net banking, debit card, or as per transaction initiated.

All order/sub orders canceled will be refunded as per the payment mode selected by the customer except for C.O.D./cheque payment mode, where refund shall be processed via cheque.

Charges displayed on the site include the cost of the product and the service fee for payment. The facilitation fee and shipping charges will be levied/charged extra as applicable. Similarly, for any applicable refunds, the full amount which has been charged is refunded.

For reported defects on products with manufacturer’s warranty, the customer needs to contact the relevant service center of the manufacturer, respectively. shall not be held responsible for any refund claim in such a case from the customer. reserves the right to cancel/cross-verify any order placed using a credit card that holds an international billing address. reserves the right to cancel any order placed, which is not available, out of stock, or in short supply.

Octroi charges may be levied on some products displayed on the site. These charges are not refundable and shall be borne by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order, the Octroi charges levied shall not be refunded. Octroi charges may be applicable to the customer during delivery, and these charges will not be refunded.

We at as merchants shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

The shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of goods due to natural calamities or any cause that is beyond the control of the company and no responsibility or liability of any violation of local or international laws that may be incurred by your visit and/or transaction/s on this website.

In case the payment has been processed by Vendor / Seller for the returned product (s), the refund amount shall be credited to your credit / debit card account and the same shall be duly notified by email to your email address provided at the time of registration.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the “My Account” menu and click the “Return Item(s)” button. We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.


No Return/Refund will be initiated to any customer in case of quality concern. We sell/ship the best quality of products available in the market. Images displayed along with products are only for general information purposes and can differ from actual products in physical aspects such as size and color, labels, packing.

If a customer enters the wrong shipping address at the time of checkout, is not liable for any refund.
